Comfort Inn & Suites Walla Walla

I have stayed at this hotel for work once a week for about two years now. Staff has always gone above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Also accommodates me on which rooms I prefer and anything I need for the night. Overall great experience.

I had a comfortable stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Walla Walla. I found the hotel to be quiet and my bed very comfortable. I slept very well. The staff were all kind and professional. Breakfast was good and the coffee mediocre. They have a pool and hot tub and a fire pit out back. You can head out back and see the majestic salmon fight their way up the rapids and past the herons to their promised spawning gravel upstream. My only wish would be there were more amenities in the area, I’m on foot and so ride-share was necessary.

Spent 2 nights with family and 2 dogs! Can’t complain everything was great Pool cold not heated but hot top super hot, so you can use a cold pool for a little so we was like in and out:) was fun! Room was older ( but price you pay can’t complain ) old but good shape and clean clean clean and tv old but working great! Food for breakfast was great and yang girl running around to make everyone happy with everything and restocking so super nice! Food was great all family happy! Forgot some forks but ask some and was treated like a family: yes no problem:) water for dogs on entrants small working out place nice people with smiles and able to help with anything so Can’t complain… se how they clean windows around and everything so… nice place to comeback! Don’t judge them so much they all team look like they try the best! Some reviews was scary but that people reviewed like they pay $1000 a night:) cool down:) I feel what you pay you have way more in this hotel

I just have to say Josh is Amazing and saved my day! I stayed 3 nights with an early am check out for a 5am flight. The GM Samantha advised me to schedule an Uber so that I would have confirmation of my early 4am pick up. I scheduled with Uber but it was a no show. I went into the app to request another ride but there was not one available that early. Josh heard me on the phone with my struggles and reached out to his GM Samantha who approved him taking me to the airport. When he told me he’d be happy to give me a lift, I felt so much relief as I was stressing to make my flight. Josh got me to the airport with time to spare, going above and beyond his role at the hotel. All of the staff during my entire visit were amazing! I am definitely looking forward to my upcoming stay next month and making this my preferred place to stay while in Walla Walla. Thank you Josh and Team, crews like you a rare and hard to find. Comfort Inn should be proud to employee you!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful! Samantha provided excellent service for us. The breakfast included was very good. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice enough. It is pet friendly and there were guests with dogs, but we didn't hear or smell them. My only complaint is about the curtains in the room being sheer and the blackout curtains only being side panels that don't cover the entire window. Thankfully, I brought my night mask.

Great hotel, very clean and nice. Great shower, had plenty of water, not like most hotels where its only a trickle.

Shout out to Samantha the general manager shout out to JASON shout out to all the staff there they are truly truly amazing. The place is 100% recommended also shout out for letting us use your breakfast room for our celebration for my My grandfather’s after get together for his funeral just shout out to everybody there especially Samantha and Jason and Justin shout out to the comfort Inn

Our room was clean and once the lead shoes folks above us settled down the room was quiet. The only negative was the breakfast. They looked like eggs, but not eggs, horrible. Dry luke warm round ham slices. Plain begals plain bread tiny muffins, no breakfast pasties. Good waffle machine, I wish you didn't have to use a single use plastic cup for batter and syrup. Coffee was hot and fine.
